When the family is not using the property we open it up to guest stays for friends and family. The guest stay/nightly rate is $425 and includes the cleaning fee for your stay. A one deposit is required to hold your dates. Please note that Lake Taneycomo is boating and fishing only. Due to extremely low temperate (average 48 degrees) and very swift currents it is not safe for swimming. Table Rock Lake is a short drive to plan swimming activities.
